Not a lender, not an offer

Capital Connection is a commercial finance intermediary. We do not make loans. Nothing on this website, including analyzer results, program descriptions, and leverage figures, is an offer, quote, approval, or commitment to lend. Actual terms are set by the lender after its own full underwriting of you and the property, and can change until closing.

Business-purpose financing only

We arrange business-purpose financing for investment and commercial real estate. We do not arrange consumer mortgages or loans on a home you live in.

Estimates and tools

Analyzer results are estimates based on the information and assumptions you enter and on general program parameters. They may not reflect any particular lender’s current guidelines. Make your own investment decisions and consult your own legal, tax, and financial advisors.

Our compensation

If you engage us to arrange financing, our compensation is set out in a written agreement before we begin processing. No fee is earned or payable unless your loan closes.

Accurate information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have authority to share any information about other borrowers or guarantors.
