This policy explains what information Capconnect LLC, doing business as Capital Connection (“we”), collects through this website, our deal analyzer, and our quote request and document portal, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Deal information you enter, such as property type, location, purchase price, rehab budget, values, your experience, and a self-reported credit score range. The deal analyzer does not ask for your name or contact details.
- Contact and entity information you give when you request quotes: your name, email, phone number, and the business entity that will borrow.
- Documents you upload through the document portal once you choose to proceed with a lender.
- Website usage: pages visited and buttons used, measured with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies. We also keep a note in your own browser of which ad, campaign, or referral link brought you here, so we can credit the right source if you request quotes.
How we use it
- To analyze your deal and match it to lender programs that fit.
- To request quotes and arrange your financing, and to contact you about your inquiry.
- To process your loan file with the lender you choose.
- To understand which parts of our website and marketing are useful.
Who we share it with
We share deal information with lenders in order to request quotes. Lenders quote on the deal itself; your contact details are shared only with the lender you choose to proceed with. We also use service providers that host our systems and send email and text messages on our behalf. We do not sell your information.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Credit
We do not pull your credit to analyze a deal or request quotes. Lenders verify credit during their own underwriting, with your authorization.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email lane@capconnectnow.com. Some records related to a closed loan may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Security
Documents are uploaded over encrypted connections to access-controlled storage, and portal links are unique to your file.
Business purpose only
Our services are for business-purpose financing of investment and commercial property. They are not intended for consumer or personal, family, or household purposes, or for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
